MEDICAL EXPECTATIONS + LIMITATIONS

Clients should note that while our Japanese Scalp Massage technique can promote scalp health, visible hair growth or improvements may not be noticeable immediately. The treatment of medical-grade conditions such as alopecia often requires a time commitment of 2-4 months for noticeable results. In some cases, alopecia may not be treatable or see success with this treatment.

Our practitioners are not licensed hairdressers. As such, hair styling is not provided during or after the massage session.

If clients have medical conditions or concerns, it is their responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional prior to receiving a massage.
PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

All massage treatments provided are strictly therapeutic in nature. Any inappropriate behavior, including explicit language or actions, will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported to authorities.

Our massage therapists maintain the right to refuse or stop service at their discretion.
BOOKING + APPOINTMENTS

Clients are required to book their appointments in advance.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment rescheduled, subject to availability.
HEALTH SAFETY + LIABILITY

Clients are requested to inform the masseur/masseuse of any health conditions, allergies, or concerns prior to the session.

If a client experiences discomfort during the massage, they should immediately inform the masseur/masseuse.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, officers, and agents from any claims in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.

The client releases the Company from any and all liability or claim that may be sustained while receiving our services
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Clients are responsible for their belongings. The Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
CONFIDENTIALITY
All client information will be kept confidential in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (“PIPA”) of Alberta and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY

Clients who wish to cancel their appointment must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All services are non-refundable. Client satisfaction concerns should be addressed to management for potential resolutions.
